Pet Loss Podcasts: Recommended Listening if you're Struggling with Grief

When you lose a beloved pet, you are often dealing with a huge range of emotions. It can feel overwhelming and isolating to know how best to process the heavy feelings of loss, and begin to adjust to a life without the love and presence of your pal. It’s so important to have ways of finding support and guidance. This could come from speaking with friends and family, or doing things that fill your cup - like enjoying a hobby or baking a favourite treat.
Podcasts can also be a wonderful source of comfort during your grief journey. From everyday people through to professionals who specialise in loss (including in pet loss!), there are so many podcasts out there that you can easily listen to for free and hear everything from practical tips and advice, through to heartwarming and relatable stories.
Check out some of our favourite podcasts on pet loss to listen to when that difficult time comes, or as your pal approaches their final days:

If you want to feel like you’re not alone in your grief, you need to give Louise’s podcast a listen. Each podcast episode is like a journal entry where she shares her own personal experience with pet loss with so much honesty and compassion. She shares her biggest learnings from her own healing journey, and is passionate about reassuring listeners that grief in all its forms is completely valid.
One of the reasons that we love Louise is that she is a pet loss specialist with a range of extra resources available, including her Instagram page, 1:1 coaching as well as programs and workshops for groups of people.
